• Credit Card payments can be taken over the phone.
  If paying by cash or check, you will need to come into the store before the order can be placed.
  If you do not have an account with RBK, all special orders require payment in full before the orders can be placed.
  Most special orders are NOT returnable.
  Some orders require a signature (by fax or in person) before being placed.
